“Rita, I send my sincere condolences to you for your loving husband's passing. I met John in the 80s at Coastside II I met most of my friends on a beach somewhere during Striper season. In the offseason, he and I would rent a boat at Lake Merced trying to catch those trophy trout they had there. Before I moved out of Pacifica I went by to say my goodbyes to John. we both had a good cry, knowing that we'd never see each other again. I now reside in Florida. May God watch over you always.”
