He is survived by: his wife Kimberly McCool Nelson; his parent Elsie Nelson; his siblings, Gary Nelson (Kathy), Bill Nelson, Carlene Lafer (Jim) and Dane Nelson; and his nieces and nephews, Erich (Maisoun), Renee (John), Keith (Jenn), Nathan, Jason (Amy), Nikki, Luke, Jacob, Emberly, Aulora, Baerden, Tiegan, Isabella, Liliana, Chase, Joshua, Brianne, Wyatt, Bella and Dion.
