“My name is Chelsea and I was a tenant of Roy’s at Parcel street for many years. My heart goes out to his family, he was such a sweet, kind-hearted man. I will always remember his love for his wife Barbara. One day at the apartment as I watched my Mom drive away from a visit, I waited until I couldn’t see her anymore, and Roy stood with me and said “that is what I always do when my wife leaves my side. I stay until she’s no longer in my sight.” Roy’s soul will always be with you! All my love.”
