He was predeceased by: his parents, Teresa Vitacolonna and Pasquale Vitacolonna. He is survived by: his sisters, Lilli Silverii (Carmela), Anita LaGamma and Gloria Vitacolonna; his children, Karen Vitacolonna Falk (Jim Falk), Alison Vitacolonna and Steve Vitacolonna (Shergyn Vitacolonna); his wife Haydee Sanhueza Vitacolonna; his children, Jim Stiles, Derek Stiles and Noelle Stiles; and his sister Louise LaGamma. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and brother-in-law.
The family asks that any remembrance be made in the form of a donation to the American Red Cross of the Central Coast, 2960 Soquel Avenue, Santa Cruz, CA 95062.
