We are sad to announce that on January 19, 2021, at the age of 92, Jon M. Ericson of Pacific Grove, California, born in Three Forks, Montana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Amy K. Ericson; his children, Beth Ericson, Ingrid Ericson and Joel Ericson; his parents, George Ericson and Olga Ericson; and also Jon Robert Ericson.

As Dr. Ericson summed up his accomplishment: As the founding Dean of a new school, the most important work that could be done was to build a solid foundation to accomplish the work appropriate to a Liberal Arts school in a polytechnic university.
