She is survived by: her husband Tom; her children, Rick Perkins (Susan), Leslie Rauch (Mike), Jeff Perkins (Mary), Greg Perkins (Teri), Joe Perkins (Janie) and Tom Perkins; her grandchildren, Jaime, Rebekah, Michael, Chelsea, Hannah, Tanner, Brittney, Sarah, Thomas, Elicia, Samantha and Allison; her sisters, Frances Moffitt (Jim) and Cheryl Readinger (Jim); and her significant other Eddie.
