Virgie Lee Reese Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 6, 2022, at the age of 90, Virgie Lee Reese (Oxnard, California), born in Dermott, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brothers, John Walton (Walkie-Talkie) and David R. Anderson (Gwen). She is survived by: her friend Missus Reese; her spouse Hammond Reese Junior; and her children, Charles E. Marion, Roland L. Reese (Romaine), Hammond Reese III, Vernell Reese, Denise Levette (late Darnell) and Librel Ann Sanford. She is also survived by cousins, nephews, nieces, neighbors and friends.
Last but not least, Virgie enjoyed the company and was a member of the 'Way Back When' (WBW) Social Club which was organized in 1996, founded by her long-time friend Joyce Pinkard, where she remained treasurer until the day she passed; for 23 years up until the time of the Pandemic of 2019.
