She is survived by: her husband Daniel Cruz; her son Andrew Cruz; her siblings, Jeannette Cortez, Alex Velasco (Christina), Charles Velasco and James Velasco; and her stepfather Ruben Zavala. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, grandchildren, great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Perez Family Funeral Home-Camarillo (1347 Del Norte Rd, Camarillo, CA 93010). A rosary was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Santa Clara Church (323 S E St, Oxnard, CA 93030).
