With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shawn McCarthy (Oxnard, California), who passed away on May 18, 2018 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John McCarthy and Elaine Roedder McCarthy. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his siblings, Sherry Hagenson, Melissa Jackson (Missy) and Kevin Scott McCarthy; and his stepson Steven Rutter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given.
