With solemn reverence, we commemorate Rosa Duran of Oxnard, California, whose life came to an end on December 14, 2024 at the age of 95, leaving behind cherished memories. She was predeceased by: her parents, Tomas Angel and Rafaela Angel; her sister Angela Nilo; her brother-in-law Juan P. Nilo; and her niece Delia Duran.
She is survived by: her husband Delfino R. Duran; her children, Miguel Duran (Veronica), Rafael Duran (Laura) and Rita Duran-Schultz (Robert J. Schultz); her grandchildren, Cindy Harding, Chris Duran, Johnny Duran, Joshua Duran and Megan Duran; and her stepgrandchildren, Laurita Perez, Janette Lopez and Nancy Perez. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Santa Clara Mortuary Chapel (2370 N H St, Oxnard, CA 93036). A rosary will be held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Church (500 N Juanita Ave, Oxnard, CA 93030). A burial will be held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at the Santa Clara Cemetery and Mortuary (2370 N H St, Oxnard, CA 93036).
