He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clara McInnis and Robert McInnis; his wife Cathy; his stepchildren, Gary Taylor Jr. and Cara Welker; his grandchildren, Garret Taylor (Kayla) and Petty Officer Danielle Dubois; his sister-in-law Patricia Torreyson; his cousins, Christine and Jerry Phillips; and his friends, Lance Troxel, Karen and Dave Eckert.
