He was predeceased by: his parents, Issac (Garnet Smith) and Joyce; and his siblings, Milton Smith, Barbara Stroud, Dorothy Reid, Ruth Shoemaker and Norma Wieland.
He is survived by: his daughters, Andrea (Victor Johnson) and Marisa (Nels Olson); his grandchildren, Nicholas Johnson (Dana), Mikala Johnson, Ryan Olson and Kyle Olson; and his great grandchildren, Brooke, Darcy and Sydney Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Mustang Christian Church.
