We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2023, at the age of 80, Ramon Otero Declet of Oxnard, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his children, Ramon Jr., Daisy and Laura Declet; and his siblings, Josephina Declet, Efrain Declet, Rosendo Declet, Marisol Declet, Catalina Rotches Declet, Julian Declet and José Declet. He is also survived by father, a grandfather, a brother but in his son's words and echoed by his daughters.
