With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Octavia Cortez (Oxnard, California), who passed away on January 2, 2019 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sons, Patricio, Antolino, Gabriel, Gustavo and Eliseo Cortez.
She is survived by: her husband Erasmo; her children, John (Marti), Erasmo "Tony" (Yvette), Alex (Angie), Juanita Lopez (Jose), Lucy Cisneros, Blanca Lopez (Tomas), Felis Bloom, Virginia Cortez, Gloria Lopez (Richard), Grace Cruz and Priscilla Fredrick (Allan); her siblings, Meliton Herrera (Genoveva), Lupe Fry and Eufemia Villarael; her wife Angie; and her children, Cindy, Angela, Ama and Ricky Lopez. She is also survived by 15 children (8sons and 7 daughters), 51 grandchildren, 117 great grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren and 6 great-great-great grandchildren.
