He is survived by: his wife Grace Padilla Rivas; his siblings, Mary Dominguez, David, Raymond and Bobby; and his children, Linda V. Howard, Debbie V. Zarate, Bobby V. and Danny P.. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren, 28 great-grand children, and 4 great great grandchildren and numerous neices and nephews.
