It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Sanchez of Oxnard, California, born in Santa Paula, California, who passed away on January 22, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesus Gaeta and Rebecca Aguilar; her stepfather Arturo Aguilar; her grandparents, Inez, Tomas Pedroza and Hileadora "Malola" Perez; her uncles, Gilbert Hernandez (Ida) and Jose Gaeta (Graciela); her siblings, Adolph Gaeta (Maggie), Rita Ramirez (Tito) and Lupe Valencia; and her sister-in-law Carmen Hernandez Gomez.
She is survived by: her uncle Gibby Hernandez; her children, Manuel (Dora), Felicia, Lisa and Marco Sanchez (Shelly); her grandchildren, Kristen, Manuel IV, Camille, Danuel, Samuel, Marissa, Elsa and Marco; and her siblings, Connie Gurich, Carmen Chytraus, Jesus Gomez, Peter Gaeta (Eleanor), Becky Gaeta, Dorothy Venegas (Gilbert), Evelyn Aguilar (Mario), Olivia Martinez (Richard), Frank Gaeta, Eva Gaeta, Adam Gaeta, Ruben Gaeta (Michelle), Irene Reyes (Chris) and Tony Aguilar (Marilyn). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and all her adopted kids.
