He is survived by: his wife Vickie Hedden of Oroville, CA; and his children, William E. Hedden of Chico, CA, Christy Beutler of Yuba City, CA and Stacy Lamb of Yuba City, CA. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
