It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rozella Ann Ramseyer of Oroville, California, who passed away on May 24, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Dudley and Ethel Dudley; her former husband Lyle Phillips; her children, Lyle Dale Phillips (Carrie) and Karen Rice (Dan); her sister Patty Mattos (Tony); her son-in-law Ray Lawson; her stepsons, Steven Bryar (Emily) and Shawn Bryar (Alea); her brothers, Robert and Delbert; and her daughter Linda Lawson. She was also cherished by numerous Nieces, Nephews, great nieces and nephews.
