She is survived by: her husband Charlie Waugh; her children, Terri Waugh of Oroville, CA., Jerri Lefever of Oroville, CA. and Chuck Waugh of Oroville, CA.; her grandchildren, Hunter Waugh, Zoe Lefever and Allison Lefever; and her great grandchildren, Lovella and Weston. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
