He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Dorothy Gleason; his wife Faye; his half-brother Harvey Jr.; his son Ron Jr.; his grandchildren, Allie, Bridget, Hannah, Nick, Connor, Jake, Eric, Darrell, Ridge, Nash, Findley and Dally; and also, Sherry and Karen.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Calpine Elks Lodge #2432 in his honor.
