With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ronald A Jacobson Sr. in Oroville, California, born in Hibbing, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 13, 2025. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Dorothy Gleason; his wife Faye; his half-brother Harvey Jr.; his son Ron Jr.; his grandchildren, Allie, Bridget, Hannah, Nick, Connor, Jake, Eric, Darrell, Ridge, Nash, Findley and Dally; and also, Sherry and Karen.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Whispering Pines Cemetery (5916 Cemetary Rd, Portola, CA 96122). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Elks Lodge (72192 CA-70, Portola, CA 96122).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Calpine Elks Lodge #2432 in his honor.
