It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kou Lor of Oroville, California, who passed away on January 17, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Kou departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Kou. Though Kou may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 8:00 AM and on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Southside Community Center (2959 Lower Wyandotte Rd, Oroville, CA 95966). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (5646 Lincoln Blvd, Oroville, CA 95966).
