The memory of Jim Bailey of Oroville, California, who passed away on November 14, 2024 at the age of 81, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his son Oliver James Bailey II; his wife Judith Bailey; his sister Rita Cabano; and his parents, Oliver Bailey and Mary Bailey.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Julie, Marc Solis of Orcutt, Joy, Cade Newman of Arroyo Grande, Jonathan, Esther Bailey of Oroville, Joseph Bailey and Patrick Kutz of Portland. He is also survived by his four children, nine grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ramsey Funeral Home (1175 Robinson St, Oroville, CA 95965).
