Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Janie May Roper (Oroville, California), born in Westwood, California, who passed away at the age of 73, on July 7, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Preston Hall and Inez Hall; and her brothers, Lloyd and Gerald Hall. She is survived by: her husband Richard Roper (Dick); her sons, Erik Rikard (Sandy) and Kevin Rikard; and her brother James Hall. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
