It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Hubbard (Oroville, California), born in Lawton, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 20, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her sister Doris Chavez; her children, Cecil Hubbard of Florida, Linda Saghy of Oroville, CA and Thomas Hubbard of Chico, CA; and her grandchildren, Christine Harvey (Dan) and Andrew Saghy of Oroville, CA. She was also cherished by six great grandchildren.
