He was predeceased by: his parents, Bud McNeal and Alice McNeal; his wife Juanita; and his brothers, Robert, George, Bud, Lloyd and Gilbert.

He is survived by: his children, Frank McNeal (Louise), Becky Hanson (Glenn), Connie Fleener (Del), John Garrido, Tomasa Frazier (Tom), Carlos Trahin (Vicki), Sandra Davis (John) and Ricky Trahin. He is also survived by His 21 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren.
