He is survived by: his children, Jeff Curtis of Oroville, CA, Latonya Welty Ellsworth of Oroville, CA and Lizzy Brittion of Minnesota; his grandsons, Quentin Curtis and Cache Curtis of Oroville, CA; and his siblings, Pam Brownell of Oroville, CA and William Powell of Oroville, CA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
