He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Roy and Lucy Lawson; his former wife Wanda Hudson; his son Clifford; and his siblings, Raydow, Raymond, Emmett, Everett, Clifford Lawson and Eula Wallis.
He is survived by: his wife Vivian Meyer-Lawson of Oroville; his sister Loretta Johnson of Coos Bay, OR; his children, Mark Lawson (Laurie) of Oroville, Randy Lawson (Teri) of Forestville, WI and Gwen Gonzales (Butch) of Oroville; and his stepdaughters, Wendy Lightbody (Jim) of Chico and Leslie Melton (Matthew) of Cleveland, TN. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
