It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Yoke-Bowden (Oroville, California), born in Davenport, Iowa, who passed away on December 31, 2019, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Harold, Marjorie Liebbe, Ross and Regina Yoke. She is survived by: her parents, Raymond Yoke and Chris Yoke (Liebbe); her husband James W. Bowden; her son Brian Dichiser of Moline, Illinois; her siblings, Angela Munoz (Joe) of Bettendorf, Carolyn Smith (Sohn) of Donahue, Anna Winters (Rodney) of Eldridge, Eric Yoke (Sandy) of Eldridge and Tony Yoke of Davenport; her mother-in-law Jackie Bowden-Sanders (Ray) of Oroville; and her sisters-in-law, Jennifer Harmon of Lehigh and Jaylene Hanson of Oroville. She is also survived by nine nephews; three nieces.
Memorials may be made to the Northwest SPCA (an organization promoting animal welfare and responsible pet ownership) or to the Sigma Phi Gamma International Sorority, Delta Upsilon Chapter.
