He is survived by: his siblings, Marjorie Topacio of San Diego, CA, Katherine Brite of Stonyford, CA and Steven Hicks (Kimberly) of Winters, CA; and his sister-in-law Mary Todd Hicks of Oroville, CA.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
