It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alfred Joe McCoy (Oroville, California), who passed away on November 9, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth LaVerne Smith; and his children, Brenda, Joe, Bill and Harold. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren.
