He is survived by: his brother Leroy Holmgren of Lone Jack, MO; his children, Mark Holmgren of Excelsior Springs, MO and Reagen Holmgren of Maryville, CA; and his parents, Ryan Gardner and Phyllis Gardner of Lone Jack, MO. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
