She was predeceased by: her siblings, Pat Cardenas, Richardo Cardenas, Heliodoro D. Cardenas, Ruso Cardenas and Rachel Ruiz; her husband Albert Padilla; and her son Kenny Blum.
She is survived by: her sister Rebecca Looney; her children, Virginia Nordin and David Padilla (Dave); her daughters-in-law, Danielle Blum and Carlyn Blum; her stepson Joe Padilla; and also, Femin Ortega and Antonio Ortega. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren (Trevor, Tony, Andra, Monica, Becca, Shannan, and Megan) and 1 great granddaughter.
