Though Joyce Arlene may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Gilroy Clements and Esther Adeline Ayalla Clements; her former husband Wade Scott of Corning; and her brother Rev Earl "Josh" Clements. She is survived by: her husband Ted Drenon; and her children, Rebecca Johnson Drenon, Roxanna Wilson (George), Ted Drenon (Cindy), Ron Drenon (Linda) and Gary (Joyce). She is also survived by five children, eleven grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren as well as great great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Tehama Cemetery (7772 Woodland Ave, Gerber, CA 96035).
Joyce was resilient and a woman after God's own heart assuming the role of the family prayer warrior from her "mama" and faithful to lifelong friends and a loving Elder of the Mechoopda people in Chico, CA "In lieu of flowers, the family kindly request donations be made to "Tehama Assembly of God Church " 295 C St Tehama, Ca 96090.
