It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert Ray Ripley of Orangevale, California, who passed away on March 4, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Ripley and Dorothy Ripley; and his sister Patty Loomis. He is survived by: his sister Peggy; and his wife Barbara Ford Ripley. He is also survived by 3 children, 2 stepchildren, 12 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
