He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara. He is survived by: his children, Rick Stephens (Debbie), DeeAnn Eichelberger (Ross) and JoAnn Pingree (Brian); his grandchildren, Jodee Crawford (Eichelberger), Ashley Martinez (Eichelberger), Mitchell Pingree and Macie Pingree; and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Avery Crawford, Mia Martinez and Grayson Pingree.
