With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eugene Edward Anderson of Orangevale, California, born in Nome, North Dakota, who passed away on November 20, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Carla; his siblings, Pearlene, Donald, Dale and Richard; and his stepson James Mettz.
He is survived by: his son Eric; his daughter-in-law Sandi; his stepdaughter Jerrilyn Hennis; his grandchildren, Owen, Julia, Roy, Angela, Stefanie, Jennifer and Danny; and his siblings, Gerald, Jim, Shirley, Sandra, Ron, Janice and Carol.
To support Eugene's favorite organization, the family kindly requests donations be made in Eugene's honor to the California State Old-Time Fiddler's Association (CSOTFA) to continue supporting and promoting the art of Old-Time Fiddling.
