It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Edward Foulk of Orangevale, California, who passed away on December 24, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Foulk and Martha Foulk; his brother William Foulk of Pennsylvania; and his daughter Carla Lederer Paules. He is survived by: his wife Lee; and his children, Dean Foulk (Kimberly) and Barbara Hill. He is also survived by 7 grandkids and 9 great grandchildren.
