He was predeceased by: his parents, Valerio Garza and Marta Garza; and his wife Lucinda. He is survived by: his children, Anna Russell (Rick), Marta Hanson (Jim), Erika Otto (Frank) and Arnoldo Jr. (Debbie). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Due to the current COVID protocols for Sac/Placer/El Dorado County, guests must wear protective masks at all times while inside the funeral home facility and practice the recommended six foot social distancing.
