We are sad to announce that on July 21, 2018, at the age of 75, Thomas Chadwell (Orange, California), born in Columbus, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his spouse Nancy Chadwell; his children, Thomas A. Chadwell and Laura Pease; his stepsons, David Happekotte and Daniel Happekotte; his siblings, Larry Chadwell, Judy Campbell and Nancy Childers; his grandchildren, Emily Chadwell, Madeline Chadwell, Ashlyn Pease and Davis Pease; and his aunt Shirley Franklin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Donations to the Alzheimer's Foundation are appreciated.
