We are sad to announce that on December 27, 2022, at the age of 67, Shirley Jean Mc Clanahan (Orange, California) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Alfred L. Owens, Sr.; her daughters, Shelby, Sydney, Skyler, Scout and Sawyer; her mother Shirley; her husband John McClanahan; and her siblings, Dorothy Whitehurst, Alfred Owens, Jr., David Owens and Theodore Owens. She was also cherished by many loving relatives, especially her nieces, nephews, cousins and many loving and devoted friends.
She fulfilled her purpose through many outlets, including the Leon Owens Foundation that was founded by her and members of the Owens family in 1994.
