She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Seiichi Murata. She is survived by: her children, Steven Murata (Jeanne), Karen Murata M. D. (Navid Dehghani) and Penny Murata M. D.; her grandchildren, Scott, Nicole, Ryan Murata, Christopher and Alexis Dehghani; her siblings, May Sasao, Jean Hiraishi, Barbara Cogburn and Seito Gyotoku (Nancy); and her sister-in-law May Gyotoku. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Proof of COVID-19 primary vaccinations and masks are required to attend the service.
