He was predeceased by: his parents, Sotero Toledo and Simona Alix Chavez; and his siblings, Lilieth, Fortunato, Onorio, Rosalia and Greg.

He is survived by: his wife Rosario Abadilla Toledo; and his children, Roxanne DeGuzman (Enrico), Rodney (Maritess), Rochelle and Royce (Maria). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

A rosary will be held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 9:15 AM to 10:00 AM at the Holy Family Cathedral (566 S Glassell St, Orange, CA 92866). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Christ Cathedral Memorial Gardens (13280 Chapman Ave, Garden Grove, CA 92840).
