He is survived by: his wife Gloria F. Vazquez; and his children, Manuel R. Vazquez Jr., Guillermo R. Vazquez, Francisco R. Vazquez, Miguel R. Vazquez, Guadalupe R. Scott and Fatima G. Vazquez. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
