She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ruth Poole and Walter Poole; her brother Kenneth; her significant other Victor; her sons, Carl, Conrad, Cody and Tim Maresh; and her sister Yvonne (McNeil). She was also cherished by nine grandchildren, 11great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Methodist Children's Home in Waco, Texas (http://www.mch.org) can be made in the name of Laverne (Poole) Maresh.
