She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland O. Hanson and Margaret G. Hanson; and her daughter Kathleen M. Sale-Barton. She is survived by: her sister Maureen L. Lodato; and her grandsons, Joshua D. Hiersekorn and Nathan L. Sale-Barton.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Emmanuel Episcopal Church (1145 W Valencia Mesa Dr, Fullerton, CA 92833). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Loma Vista Memorial Park (701 E Bastanchury Rd, Fullerton, CA 92835).

I am one of the five my name is Becky and on behalf of my other three siblings I would like to extend our deepest condolences to her family and friends. I’m so grateful that she was loved and had a great family. We loved her too and finally got to meet her 30 years ago … you will be miss Judy and loved by all love your sisters Becky, Bonnie, Linda, and brother Gary,”
