She was predeceased by: her parents, John Herbert Rowe and Genevieve Elizabeth Graff Williamson; her son Karl Duane Kiplinger; and her sister Jewel Kephart. She is survived by: her daughters, Alys Kiplinger Mansfield (Wynn) of Vernal, UT and Sandra Kerns (Eric) of New Harmony, UT; her former husband Robert Eugene Kiplinger; her pet Retriever; her husband Thayle Denney of Hurricane, UT; her children, Deborah Seeman (Kevin) of Rialto, Kerry Denney of Provo, UT, Mark Denney (Heidi) of Spanish Fork, UT and Craig Denney (Paige) of Santa Ana, CA; her nephew Randy Kephart; and her niece Lark Kephart. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
