In the vast expanse of eternity, Jose Eligio shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Jose Eligio farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Matilde Garza (Gonzales) and Segundo Garza. He is survived by: his wife Mary Garza; and his children, Monica Serna, Joe Garza, Jr., Rachel Casas and Henry Garza. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and twenty-two great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM. A rosary was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Saint Isidore the Farmer Church (480 Adams Ave, Orange Cove, CA 93646). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
