He is survived by: his wife Linda Lee; his daughter Jana Lynn; his daughter-in-law Linda; his granddaughter Katie; and his great grandchildren, Lily Katherine, Summer Elizabeth and Brooke.

DONATIONS may be given to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital and, World Vision (International Humanitarian Aid Organization).
