She was predeceased by: her parents, José Ascención Sanchez and Felipa Bañuelos; her husband Paul Montoya; her grandson Daniel Ruiz; her son-in-law Aureliano Ruiz; and her siblings, Joe, Rachel, Lily and James.
She is survived by: her children, Roseanna Ruiz, Paul Montoya, Jr. and Marianna Delgado (Frank); her grandchildren, Rosalinda Ruiz (Louis Wischnewsky), Miguel Ruiz, Melissa Valdez (Frankie) and Gabriel Delgado (Clara); her great grandchild Abel Valdez; and her brother Ronald Sanchez. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
