He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Maurice Harper and Mary Winifred Litts Harper. He is survived by: his wife Ndala; his daughters, Jacqueline Tobias (Timothy), Kimberly Humphrey (Mark) and Candace Wheeler (Scott); and his grandchildren, Curtis Humphrey (Jennifer), Elizabeth Kuligowski (Bob), Benjamin Humphrey (Meaghan), Jessica Bryan (Wesley), Cameron Wheeler and Marie Tobias. He is also survived by 9 great grandsons.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Draper Mortuary (811 N Mountain Ave, Ontario, CA 91762).
